HP Ventures Group, LLC is a real estate asset management firm, focusing on the acquisition and development of real estate with development potential. The Chicago-based group manages all facets of a property’s life cycle, from acquisition, through development, to property management.

The group was started in 2009, with a vision to carefully select and develop Chicago properties with specific characteristics. The partners have worked together to grow the business, utilizing their specialties in construction, law, business, financial and project management. Since our inception, our portfolio has rapidly expanded.

We seek to enhance and improve all of our acquisitions, creating a more comfortable and enhanced living arrangement for our residents. Properties include high-end residential and mixed-use buildings.
